If you're not looking to lose weight then I would personally size down
Pretty good quality, come up quite square on the torso but fit nicely on the arms/shoulders but does come up a bit loose on the neck

Great fit, worth the price
Fit really nicely. 6 foot 2 athletic build, large fits great. Only slight issue is threading after 3/4 washes but I’ll continue buying them for the price l.
