As someone who developed a gluten sensitivity in the past decade, they are great. I usually eat them as expected, but I found that they can even function as instant ramen flavoring, which is hard to find when you buy your noodles and flavoring separately.

1Arrived today, it was a day early. I tried one this evening, Napa cabbage and it was incredible. I absolutely loved it. Mild but very tasty. Looking forward to the rest of the flavors. This will definitely be on my subscription list!
