Fussie CatSuper Premium Chicken & Egg Formula in Gravy Grain-Free Wet Cat Food 2.82oz, case of 24

I have never seen this cat food in a store, but it had so many great reviews on Amazon that I bought an entire case. (I do have one cat who will eat anything, so I figured I could feed it to her if none of the others liked it.)I lucked out because ALL of my cats like this -- including the two who are reluctant to eat many/most other wet foods. You can see real shreds of chicken in this and can identify little pieces of vegetable. I'm not completely sold on feeding vegetables to cats, but they make up such a small part of the overall content of any one can of this that it doesn't seem like a big deal.There's a bit of an odor to this, but nothing worse than any other wet cat food (and considerably better than some!). One of my cats will eat an entire can of this but leave all the vegetable pieces, but cats are funny like that. (I let other cats clean his plate so nothing gets wasted.)I did not see the ingredients listed on the product page, so I went to the Fussie Cat website. I am pleased to report that this food contains chicken and chicken broth (and no weird meat byproducts). There are a few thickeners. Brown rice is the only grain (so no wheat or corn) and there's also no soy. This would probably not be good for a cat with inflammatory bowel disease (because of the chicken and rice), but I love that it's formulated for cats with urinary tract problems. I have a cat with lower urinary tract disease and he has resisted all attempts to feed wet food -- until Fussie Cat. He is super interested in this stuff, even when he's just eaten and shouldn't be hungry.Anyway, this is a big hit with the cats and it has high-quality ingredients. I recently bought a second case.

My cats love these, they gobble them up. They like the variety too.

My cat was having issues with his previous food (Natural Balance Salmon Flavor) and was constantly having diarrhea. In fact, we started him on the Natural Balance because of its positive reviews when we first got him (at 10 weeks old) and he ALWAYS had diarrhea. It was terrible. I went to our local pet store (not a big chain store) and told them about our situation. The knowledgeable owner was surprised that our little boy was having problems with Natural Balance, but recommended this product. It completely changed our kitty and now he is having solid stools which makes his mom and dad so happy! Also, he purrs like crazy when I pull this out of the cabinet and gobbles it up. Its looks like good quality and smells great. In fact, it smells just like the chicken soup my grandmother use to make me! I highly recommend this product!

My cats love this wet food! They come running when they see the can. I got the chicken with beef in pumpkin soup. While I dont personally know how it tastes, it looks and smells like canned chicken. It's a little pricey but well worth it for the quality of ingredients.

We have two cats- one eats anything, the other is very fussy. Both cats love this food! I have two suggestions though. #1 It's too expensive when you are feeding two cats and want high quality food. #2- Only available in the the tiny cans is not ideal. I have to open two cans a day (we supplement with a healthy dry) for our cats. You really need to make a larger size available. Otherwise, the ingredients look good and the cats like it.

My cat loves this food. If you haven't seen it, it looks real. By that I mean it looks like I shredded a chicken breast, diced up tiny squares of sweet potato, and added broth. The other flavors I buy also, but none of the fish ones. The vegetables are great. There are tiny peas and potatoes. I've very happy with this food. It's natural and my cat loves it. It also does not have that "eeww, cat food" odor to it.

My cat liked this canned food a lot, but this batch just not as good as the previous ones. There is obviously more water in the can, also there seems to be some white oily stuff floating on the surface, which didn't appear in previous batches I bought. My cat also noticed the difference, she was not as enthusiastic about this food as she used to be. I don't know whether fussie is changing its food formula, or Amazon didn't do a good enough job of quality control.

My cats love Fussie Cat in general, and I subscribe to it to save money (about $3-4 per box, at 4 boxes per month.) So I rotate out flavors, as cats are finicky and change their minds often! Most of the Fussie Cat flavors are in loaf or pate form, which can be a challenge to get out of the can when it's early in the morning and you're tired and "fussy!" :-) Not this one - it's shredded with little pieces of sweet potato and it's the first one that my big girl shoved the little girl out of the way for! I let her eat her portion then carried her to the kitchen so the little one could eat; even now she is yowling, wanting more!I can't decide if I like that or not, but as I think the sweet potato is good for her as an older Persian, I'll live with it.Lastly: My old lady (11 year Persian) used to throw up fairly often, twice a month or so, for no real reason. Once we switched her from the cheaper grocery store brand to Fussie Cat, she has not thrown up once, and it's been six months! Her litterbox habits are also fine whereas she also used to get the runs.This "cat mom" is very happy with Fussie Cat!
