I loved this the first 4 times I used it. It has a big cooking area and the food was good. I went to use it the 5th time and the heat worked but the fan wasn't coming on. I have requested to return it. Such a shame.

I replaced my previous air fryer with this brand due to a recall. It was slightly more expensive dive than the replacement refund from my old one, but this does so much more! It’s easy to clean and operate (once I untrained my old fryer programming habits). The reheat, dual sides or both together and air frying are what we use the most. My 15 y-o son uses this just as much as my husband and I! We all love it! Worth the price!

I’ve had this air fryer for less than a month and the fan already burnt out. I ordered a replacement and am waiting for it to arrive. Hoping it doesn’t arrive damaged like the first one did. The package was clearly mishandled but it looked like the damage was only cosmetic, so I didn’t bother with a return. I didn’t want to have to go through the hassle over a couple of small dents. In the end, I ended up having to return it anyway due to a faulty fan. I’m hoping the replacement doesn’t have the same issue.UPDATE: the replacement has also stopped working in less than a month. This was a huge waste of money!!! Had I known, I would have gone with another brand. What a shame that sur la table is ripping people off like this.

I’ve had many air fryer models and this one has been perfect. It’s got a large capacity but can also be made into 2 smaller sections which can operate independently for smaller batches or different temperatures and times. It reminds you to flip or shake contents and can coordinate cooking times so they are done at the same time of splitting the drawer in two. I like that versatility and using the airfryer reduces oil frying and is simple enough for my kids to use and clean!

I really loved this air fryer. It worked so well for like a month and then it immediately stopped working the fan stop turning on there no rhyme or reason there was no indication to the fact that it wasn’t going to work. It just stopped working. I returned it and ordered a replacement to see if maybe it was just a defect and the second one stopped working within two days which is really disappointing and when it stopped working it admits a funny smell. Do not buy. Do not waste your time. it looks good at first, but it’s not worth the money out of the hassle.

Was working great then out of nowhere just stopped working. The fan and heating elements stopped nothing visible broken Tried to contact the seller for a warranty. Was informed they would contact me within 48… they didn’t. I would not recommend this product anymore.

This air fryer is easy to use, clean up is easy as well. I would highly recommend it to anyone. I chose the 11 quart air fryer for ease of cooking large amounts at a time. It also has dual capacity, so if I only need to make a small amount I can.

The media could not be loaded. I've had two of these and the motor (I'm assuming) has went out on both. The power turns on, it acts like it's cooking but the motor doesn't run, therefore nothing cooks. Same thing has happened with both units. I will not be purchasing a third.
