Donut machine 1025 is the result of combining an electric & manual donut depositor 1024K and electric donut fryer 804. Donut depositor 1024K combines high quality manufacturing features with the user-friendly capabilities of the depositors with single plungers. It is made of stainless steel. Features a 7-liter stainless steel hopper. Produces donuts and loukoumades by using the proper plunger. It has size regulator for the desired results. Plunger for mini donuts (4.5cm) is of stainless steel with plastic (POM) finish. Plungers for loukoumades and donuts are entirely of stainless steel. Electric donut fryer 804 is an ideal solution for frying donuts and loukoumades. With frying area of 50x30cm, is able to meet the needs of the business without having to spend large amounts of oil. Its strong heating elements ensure maximum performance and also losses in the oil temperature. It is equipped with a stainless steel surface at the bottom, so that the donuts do not come in contact with the heating elements. Fryer comes with frying screen which is used to dip the donuts into the oil, reducing the frying time, without having to mix them with utensils. The 14-liter stainless steel kettle is removable, easy to remove and can be washed in the dishwasher. It also has a drain rack which is positioned left or right of the device to drain the donuts, with the oil returning back inside the kettle.
