Nice faucet that was easy to install. The different modes work really well, especially the flat spray mode. The only good that's minor is the hot and cold hose were mislabeled but that was a quick easy fix. Definitely would buy again

We absolutely love this new faucet in our kitchen. It brings more detail to our sink versus us replacing the whole entire sink. Please be advise that you have to screw the faucet onto the value bracket before placing all of the values down the holes. Other than that it was easy to put together.

I originally purchased this faucet at the end of 2018. As a few other reviews have stated, there were a few missing quick connect components and I had to make a trip to the hardware store in order to complete the connection. When I finally had the water line connected, it quickly became obvious that there was a slow but steady drip from the faucet. It had taken so much effort to get the darn thing connected that I decided it wasn't worth the effort to dismantle it and just crossed my fingers that some sediment or deposits might take care of the situation.Fast forward 6 months and the drip had become more steady and frequent. Since I had to change the in-line water filter anyway, I decided I might as well disconnect the faucet and see if I could replace the o-ring. Unfortunately the faucet can't be dismantled to the point where one can access the o-ring (I'm not even sure if there is an o-ring, to be honest), so I returned to Amazon to see what others were saying about the faucet dripping.Instead of learning anything new, I ended up writing the seller asking if there was any way I could dismantle/repair the faucet. I received a response in less than 24 hours asking if I would accept a replacement faucet at no cost. Within 48 hours of receiving that email, I had a new faucet installed and my drip is gone. The design has also been updated slightly, and ALL the components were in the box. I was surprised to receive such quick and helpful customer service, especially considering that it had been 6 months since the original purchase.All the initial inconveniences are now water down the drain. I wish customer service this great was easier to come by.Update July 2020: THE LEAK RETURNS: The replacement faucet began leaking after only 1 year of use. I know it's an inexpensive faucet, but I'd rather pay more for a faucet that doesn't require me crawling under the sink annually for replacement. I wrote the seller but have no receiving a response. I'm correcting my review to 1 start and seeking out a faucet that has components (ceramic cartridges) that last longer AND can be replaced when they do fail.
