I read a number of reviews indicating that the handles were flimsy. They certainly are not flimsy! They are crafted in very thick and wide glass, about the width of my thumb pad... 0.75 inches.They are elegant, strong, easy to clean, and they don't dribble while you're pouring. I admit I haven't put the 'leak proof' property up to the 'vigorous shake' test yet.

I bought this to make sun tea. It's the prettiest tea pitcher I have ever seen. To heck with those ugly barrel shaped spigot things, I'll never even look at another one of those.You can't see it well in the photos, but the lid has a nice silicon-ish o-ring, so it seals shut. No bugs in the sun-tea. Very nice.This is made of actual glass, and the mouth is big enough to get my hand inside, so I can keep it clean from tea stains. It is extremely lightweight. If I ever do break it, I'll buy another one. It's great.

I bought two of these to replace my plastic pitchers in order to eliminate plastics from my life. This glass pitcher is sturdy and has a terrific lid. The glass feels fragile because it’s thin - but it’s a very sturdy glass that is made through a process (looked it up online).

Wanted something that would be easy to fit in the refrigerator door so I could make infused water. This fits the bill. It fits nicely on the shelf. The opening is large enough for cut up fruit, mint, ginger, etc. The top has a built in strainer that helps separate the ingredients from the water when pouring. It also has an bigger opening in case you want the ingredients to come with the water. Quite happy with this find.

If you are wanting an over-sized jug for large ice tea bags, this is the pitcher for you. It's great so far but you really do need to take care with it as the glass is seemingly thin and could break in a heart beat with a good bang on something.

I’ve been using a plastic pitcher for iced tea and it was starting to look really unappealing due to staining. Went with this due to the nice size classy design. I’ve had it for a few weeks and so far it’s been great! It seals well and seems sturdy. It is heavier than plastic but I anticipated that. It has served us well so far!

Very simple, elegant design, high-quality top / seal/ pour. Surprisingly light weight, but well made with comfortable handle. Pitcher feels balanced even when full - one handed pour by small, old lady with arthritis. Easy fit on frig door, BUT as slim as pitcher is, it is too tall for any microwave I've tried. Recommend anyway, and a great price!

This is a nice pitcher. I like the wide mouth, makes cleaning easy. However, when the pitcher is full, I’m afraid to pick it up without supporting the bottom with my other hand. The handle is glass and it seems too thin to pick up, afraid it will break off.

This Glass jug doesn’t feel cheap and fit a lot definitely useful and came secure and unbroken. Would recommend!

La jarra llegó bien empacada, no se ve tan grande pero le cabe mucho, se ve linda. El vidrio no es extra grueso, espero sea resistente.Quede contenta, la recomiendo si están buscando una jarra de gran capacidad.

Esta jarra está divina, no la usaría jamás para prenderle fuego y hervir algo, pero la uso para ponerla todo el tiempo servirnos agua y la verdad es que es muy linda es resistente y tiene una coladera por la cual no pasa nada cuando te sirves en un vaso, me encanta la amo Una compra fabulosa en Amazon Amazon

El tamaño está perfecto pero siento que está frágil porque el vidrio lo siento muy delgado espero aguante

En general es un buen producto aunque se siente muy delgado el cristal, a pesar de eso no ha sufrido daños
