The light is bright and focused and the gooseneck is both pliable and sturdy enough that it doesn't move once bent into position. The magnet is pretty good, but I added one more flat rare earth magnet to the base to strengthen the force of the pull so it won't slide from machine vibration when vertically attached.

This flashlight replaces a much smaller, light-weight flashlight. The light produced is brighter and wider than the one it replaced, so I am happy with it.

The magnet seems solid and light is bright. It does not shake off when using the bandsaw that I mostly use for.

Not a bad light. You can focus the beam and it's very flexible. It seems to be well made. The only problem I have is the magnetic base at the bottom keeps coming off. I've tried gluing it, which works for a while, but still having an issue. The magnet is very strong and needs to be slid off a metal table. I think rocking it off the table to loosen the magnetic hold dislodges the magnet from the base. Other than that it's a good light.

The magnet is super strong and can hold the light completely horizontally. The neck is flexible and bends but also holds its position, doesnt drift back into another position. I got the AAA battery version and used it for about 2 hours before the light got noticeably dim. Drains batteries very fast, but that's no problem if you have plenty of batteries or rechargeable ones like I do. It feels very sturdy and durable and the light is quite bright (with fresh batteries). Great light!
