Very good product
Excellent substitute when you can't use fresh cream cheese for health and hygiene reasons

LorAnn Cream Cheese Emulsion tastes great!
My husband is allergic to cheese and milk (but not to high quality butter), and with a little tweaking, this emulsion makes a very good tasting cream-cheese frosting. To develop the cream cheese flavor, the frosting must be made with butter, with about 1/4 teaspoon of salt added (no, there is not enough salt in salted stick butter, you must add more in). I tried making it with both Imperial Margarine and with Country Crock margarine, and the margarine was the problem, the flavor is not rich enough. If one is attempting to cut calories, this may not be a good option, but if you cannot tolerate cheese or milk, and miss rich tasting, really good frosting on your carrot, spice or apple cakes, this is great!

What a pleasant surprise!
I tried, for the 1st time in my baking career of over 50 years, an emulsifier & wow what a surprise! The flavor was rich & deep & took my baked good to another level… I ordered a set of new profiles to try.. can’t wait 👏🏼

The flavor of my frosting is so desirable that my family won't keep their spoons out of my mixing bowl.
