Post Hysterectomy these crotch popsicles, as we call them, are a must for exceptional topical pain relief! I wish I had them after childbirth as I have unfortunately been reminded of my episiotomy pain with this latest surgery. The contour, flexibility and size is perfect to directly apply long lasting cold and pressure; as opposed to the numerous other cooling pads available. The covers somehow disappeared in my hs, so I just wrap them in a soft cloth.

What a lifesaver!! I've had asome vaginal muscle issue. Plus I had to find numerous different products due to allergies which started with hard water & contact dermititus all because of old age. This shape of freezer pack really gives me comfort.

Packaging is above average very well made for the purpose. The two soft units are washable. Using frozen or heated.

These have been extremely helpful after surgery! I wish they came with extra covers for when bleeding is also part of recovery. The packs are thick enough to ensure contact & they remain flexible enough to curve with underwear. The covers are soft and thick enough to absorb a little blood. They have washed up nicely.
