So worth the investment
I bought it for my wife to do day trips and there isn’t a single thing to complain about. Super rugged and the water bladder is really nice quality too. It is shocking how much she can store in it despite the size and still be comfortable for 4-5 hour hikes

Must buy if you are a hiker!
Love my Osprey bag. Worked really well when we hiked 3 national parks last year!

Lightweight
Very lightweight pack! We love it. Seems strong and very well made.

Great Pack, but the buckle is broken...
I actually like this backpack a great deal. It is one of various sizes of Osprey that we own. I usually buy my packs at REI, but found this pack cheaper on Amazon. It's the perfect size for flights. Not tons of pockets or anything, but it serves my purposes well. My only bother is that after a year of light use the waist buckle snapped/cracked apart and is no longer functional. I will be reaching out to Osprey directly as their products, I believe, have a lifetime warranty. I am hopeful that they will send a replacement buckle so that I can use this pack on an upcoming trip. Osprey-if you're reading this live up to your name and send me a new buckle! Cheers!

Skip this one if you want to hike in comfort.
One of my least favorite Osprey backpacks. There wasn’t much form to this backpack so when it wasn’t full it didn’t always fit well. The straps rubbed on my collar bones and I was never able to get the backpack close enough to feel like I was carrying the weight correctly. Returned and purchased an Osprey Hikelite 18L. It’s a bigger bag and more expensive bag, but worth the comfort.

Okay, but not great
Love the size of this bag to go birding. I can fit binoculars, camera (no big lens), rain jacket, rain pants, water bottle, snacks with room left over. What I don’t like is that the inside pocket is on the zippered flap so when the flap is open your entire flap collapses under the weight. It also means the whole bag is too heavy sometimes and won’t sit up on its own. Finally, the side pockets use the old tech that doesn’t hold on objects like water bottles in well so they constantly fall out if you bend over and tie your shoe or pick something up. Because of this I can’t recommend this bag.

Not great
Water spout already broke after a few uses.

Solid bag but not great for taller individuals
This was one of the highly rated day hiking bags for women. I’m 5’9” and found the bag to not fit comfortable along my torso. The hip straps I wish were wider for better support. The S straps I personally found quite uncomfortable as they dig into my neck and collarbone. The one feature I absolutely loved about this bag was the separate outside compartment for the bladder and that it came with one. I was about to return it but my daughter who is 5’1” tried it on and it fit her well. She is still growing so it will definitely last her a while. She took it on a day trip and said she found it quite comfortable hiking
