exactly as advertised
it was exactly what i needed, a inexpensive used copy of this book. there was nothing wrong with it outside of normal wear and tear that is expected of used books. Would buy again

Simplistic. Only purchase it if you have specific homework problems.
This book is just okay. I was really hoping that it would have more in-depth content oriented towards Solidworks, which was the program-of-choice for my drafting class. I think it thoroughly covers the most important concepts in drafting as well as technical drawing, but fails to show the reader how to specifically use a drafting program.Overall, a solid introduction to drafting and graphics communications. However, unless you have assigned homework from this book, I don't think there is much content in here that someone couldn't figure out very easily.This is a rather dull textbook, and you certainly would not want to read this cover-to-cover.

As much as you can love a textbook
As much as you can love a textbook. This was required so not much of a choice as to why I got it.

Not fun
Most of this information is common sense yet enough folks lack that so they put together a college class to teach it.

Never rent book unless you need it.
Didn't open it once for the class. 10/10 would not rent again.

Book is not about to fall apart and I got it on time.

Might as well been new.
With a few highlighted pages ( which I would have highlighted anyways ) and a couple of practice exercises the book was in excellent condition.
