Lovely bag. Only issue I had was you can’t remove the shoulder straps. They are permanent. Other than lovely bag, very stylish, and also comes with a nice wallet.

I purchased this bad last Christmas for my Mom. Actually, I purchased three DESEIN bags for her. She wore this bag every day, with her kitchen sink in it, for 8 months. As you can imagine it is falling apart. The handles are fraying because it is loaded down with goods inside. Threads are popping out and the luster on the bag has gone. This is why I have repurchased the bag for her. I know she won’t put it down to use her many others. She receives so many compliments from wearing this bag. It steps up any outfit and pulls a look together in a posh way. For the amount you pay for such a large bag and lovely wallet is incomparable. Eight months of heavy daily use of a bag with a costing $50 is what I’d call cost effective.
