Great choice
Bought this for our 1 year old granddaughter. It's big enough someone can slide down hill with her or sturdy enough she can ride down small hills alone. It should last her several years.

The Rope is not in the package . This is one of two identical sleds I ordered
I need the rope . One came with it and one didn’t . I won’t send it back over a rope but I’d like both sleds to match . I am only missing the rope on one of the sleds . They are ADORABLE!!

Fun in the Snow!
I bought this for my one year old grandson with the idea that one of his parents would sit with him on it since it’s pretty big. He can now sit by himself. My son tells me he loves it.

Cracked after 3 uses
Bought this last November for my grand daughter for Christmas. The first one I received was cracked, returned it without an issue. Second one arrived quickly and in good condition. Sled cracked when used for the third time which was already way past the 30 day return limit (as was Christmas) . I just found out it was broken when visiting them, they didn't want us to feel bad that it cracked with so little use so didn't mention it. I have not been able to find a way to contact any one to see if I can get a refund as this is obviously poorly made and shouldn't have broken when used by an 18 month old that basically just sat in it. Very disappointed! Would have given it 0 stars if able.

Small problem with the string.
I pulled the sled by the string and it immediately came off. I had to re-tie it before we even had a chance to have fun. But, other than not having a big enough knot, it was great the string seems durable enough and could hold my kids weight.

Arrived with a bend.
Arrived flawed. Does not seem durable.Arrived with a line looking like the plastic folded a bit. This part is *not* the ridge, I even included a photo with my hand creating a shadow so you can see its not a light reflection either.My boys have never owned a sled and this year for Christmas (of course the one that doesn't snow in NE Ohio lol), I decided to splurge a bit extra and get them one.Really disappointed in this. If something like this can happen during shipping and handling, I know it won't make it sledding.
