Snowy Mountain Syndrome, Where Did the Cat Go & Red Data Elegy
This eleventh volume of `The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya' consists of three different storylines. The first finishes off the `Snowy Mountain Syndrome' storyline, with the SOS Brigade stuck in a mysterious mansion in the middle of a blizzard. While there the group experience a strange dream before Yuki collapses and Koizumi discovers a maths problem on the door. `Snowy Mountain Syndrome' is a good storyline with some interesting moments and a nice solution, even if the maths wet somewhat over my head initially, it was explained well enough that I think I understand it. The ending of the storyline also gives Tsuruya, one of my favourite characters from the series, some development. The second storyline is `Where Did the Cat Go'. This storyline is the murder mystery game that Koizumi had setup for the winter trip and, although there are a few somewhat silly moments, it was a generally enjoyable if somewhat bland storyline. I do feel that this storyline was handled slightly better in the original light novel but this version is still good. The final storyline in the volume is `Red Data Elegy'. As far as I am aware, this is a manga only storyline and sees the SOS Brigade discover an abandoned temple in a forest while they were enjoying their New Year's Day activities. This was a very nice storyline that keeps with the general feel of the series very well. The story is quite philosophical in nature and was very enjoyable to read.Overall this was another entertaining volume of `The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya' manga and although it still has its faults, I will give the volume a good four stars.

Haruhi loves mysteries!
Continuing misadventures of the SOS Brigade as they try to keep Haruhi-chan from becoming bored! A mysterious mansion in a blizzard. A mystery "Who Done It?" The appearance of extinct wolves? Never a dull moment around Haruhi-chan!

Great manga
The development of the manga just keeps on getting better. More mysteries more problems more action and more on developing relationships towards one another. This is a great manga and condition of the manga was good.
