The media could not be loaded. I got this for my son for Christmas and it is way more impressive in person. Worth every penny. Pieces slice quickly, resets itself. Easy to set up and so much fun. Does make a little sound when pieces are moving but it’s just the gears or what ever is inside it of it moving. Easy set up, easy to connect to the app. It’s heavy and stunning. Great job!!

I paid over $400 for this board. Waited over a month. It worked for one night. The next morning I went to turn it on and all it does is make a grinding noise just like others on here have reported. It is unusable. I tried their troubleshooting steps but they do not work. I am returning this item. Paid too much for a piece of junk. It was nice playing on the one night it worked.

This Chess board is amazing. It’s works very well and is very cool. I can play anyone anywhere. I plan to teach my toddler how to play as soon as he is ready. I wish everyone had one. I only wish I could play on the app and board simultaneously. I’m sure they will update it soon. I did contact customer support when I first set it up. User error…but they helped me quickly and I was playing chess in a jiffy! I wish they had more options for different styles of pieces but the classic look is good.

I am enjoying playing chess against the computer using this automated chessboard immensely. I love watching the individual pieces move when the computer moves, and when my opponent takes one of my pieces.I would’ve given it five stars if it wasn’t as big and heavy as it is and if the gameplay logic was actually built into the chessboard, and not needing me to use my phone as the computer that drives the board.A couple of observations that really didn’t drive my ratin, one way or the other are that the computer sometimes gets confused about where the pieces are after playing a lot of games in a row, and the noise made by the mechanism in the board that moves the pieces sounds a little clunky and makes me wonder if it’s going to break or jam at some point in the future. None of those things have affected my gameplay so I’m not dinging this product.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered this on 12/17/2024 for my fiancé birthday. Expected delivery date 12/30/24. Which was ok because that was my fiance's birthday. However, we didn't receive it until 1/7/25. That was a different issue. I should have taken that as a sign to cancel the order. He love chess so much is the only reason I didnt. He enjoyed the game when it came. He played it every weekend since it came. Now he says the computer is not moving and it makes a loud annoying noise. He reached out to customer service via email about the issue. They respond quick, asking for a video. They didn't provide a solution yet. It appears the humming, vibrating, and malfunction is a common issue with this board. The company need to improve their product. I see why this product is unavailable on Amazon and don't know when it will be available again. This is unacceptable, we will be sending back. This chess board cost too much money for it to not work the way it should.

Works great well made the board is large but the men are rather small it’s Ben fun to play the digester sucks it took me for ever to get it to work and still have not been able to get one on one human play to work or voice commands

The media could not be loaded. This product never worked. This beating noise is supposed to be a common problem, and there is a video solution for it on its website. However, the fix doesn't work. All you get is a loud chess board that vibrates the pieces all over the place.And their customer service is beyond frustrating. They have a Miko Chat Bot, who just puts you in a loop. There is no phone number, nothing else other than a horrible automated chat bot. I spent 2/3 of a day trying to get this thing to work, and trying every which way to contact them. Their customer service is beyond horrible, its flat out non-existent. There is no customer service.All I can say is do not buy this junk product. It is horrible, and even if yours does work when it comes in unlike mine, good luck ever getting support from them. You can enjoy their loop in the miko chat with their bot where he puts you in a loop requesting your name and contact information endless times.
