LA SIESTA® Carolina Spring - Cotton Double Classic Hammock

I have slept every night for 3.5 years in a hammock as my only bed. I've tried 6 hammocks for this purpose over 9 years. This is by a significant margin the nicest. Others are as comfortable initially, but the thicker fabric here doesn't stretch into ruts over several months as do most. I use a La Siesta insulated/padded camping hammock in conjunction with this for all-night warmth.Update: after 5 years of nightly, this is still THE ONE. I bought two because I’d be upset if discontinued and couldn’t replace when eventually it wears out, plus handy to rotate on wash day. No sign yet though...

This hammock is where it's at. Buy it don't wait your life will get infinitely better if you get just a few minutes a day in this baby. I am writing this review from my La Siesta Carolina spring double hammock right now. I hung this one inside but I also have la siesta family sized hammock in my backyard and multiple L Siesta hammock chair loungers in my front yard and in 3 different locations inside my house.

I've been sleeping in one of these full time for about 6 months. It's a very comfy hammock, probably the most comfortable I've owned in the 4 years or so I've been sleeping in hammocks. My only complaint is that the fabric has a raised, course texture to it. It's still soft, it's not scratchy or anything, but it isn't the nicest feeling on bare skin. I got used to it, but if you're sensitive to such things it may be a problem for you.

Great and sturdy double hammock. Comfortable for naps. I use it indoors with a hammock stand and it does not take much space. Highly recommended!

This is a thick cotton canvas material and seems very durable. It's comfortable and large enough for 2. Great pop of color!

Returned because it didn't fit my wooden 10 ft hammock stand properly. I reordered a single hammock from the same company and it was a perfect size and fit.
