Absolutely garbage device
I've bought a three of these over the years and they've never lasted more than a year. The drain design I terrible it's so narrow that scale gets easily clogged and the water never drains causing the heating elements to sit in water and deteriorate very quickly. Do not buy this brand it's not worth the hassle take the plunge and buy a Kohler.
