There was a small hiccup with the order, BUT, they did sort it. With that said, as someone who has been in the lifestyle for sometimes, I have learned "you get what you pay for". This was a gift and it had been chosen by the recipient. So I was expecting something of the 22£ value...I WAS WRONG. The strap that holds the letters on, secure! You are not going to worry about it coming loose and losing the letters. It's sturdy. It's hefty enough to be "felt". The faux fur, soft sound there is no chaffing. While it's not real leather, it's very well made. So far, no reaction for dyes(that can happen with some suppliers). All around, yes, I'll buy from them again. If you are looking for a nice "starter" collar, this is it. I would normally buy leather only, but this has changed my mind in regards to "starter" collars or "fashion" collars.

For the comfort and reliability of the product and sturdiness for over time usage is going to be amazing! Once you see it in your hands and then try it out, you'll see why this part gets a 10+ rating. I have a very skinny neck and the hook and eye strap notches are perfect for me. You have lots of options for bigger necks with the pre notched holes. As for delivery time, my order took two weeks to arrive at my door just as it said it would on the tracker. But if you need this right away, well that's not going to happen. Product originates in China but is customized in Vancouver, British Columbia Canada. I'm extremely pleased what I have paid for and that's really the bottom line. If you're into neck chockers, this is a definite must have! Nice touch with the card inside, makes you feel like... "Yeah I need another one with a different name tag" feeling.

Das Halsband ansich ist superschön,nur leider nicht wirklich hypoallergen,aber ich habe beim Verkäufer Tipps bekommen wie ich es ändern kann. Ansonsten sieht es aus wie auf den Bildern.Ist weich und lässt sich super tragen. Würde es wieder bestellen,diesmal allerdings mit Stoff ausgekleidet. Lieferung war ein bissl schwer,da keine genauen Angaben und ich erst fast eine Woche später bescheid bekam das es auf der Post liegt.
