Really good product, easy to use
I purchased this for exposed timber underneath the staircase when I moved home . The surveyor recommended that it was a potential fire hazard. Very easy to apply and dries quickly. Had to spend £10 to get a verified safety certificate but worthwhile imo, especially when spending over £180 . No nasty odour.Saved a workmen having to do the job so vfm.

Hope it works
Nice clear liquid, easy to apply with brush, or spray with a brush to work it in. Hard to prove it works, of course, but have to trust in that. Necessary for building regulations.

Expensive but has good coverage
This is expensive stuff in general but this is the cheapest I could find it! But it does cover well, I only used half a bottle when I was expecting to use a full one possibly 2.

It’s used as a fire retardant and that’s what it does
