Amazing!!!
So many options out there so I had to rely on product reviews. I have only done 4 treatments and my dog who stopped being able to get up and greet me at the door months ago did today! I am using it for deep tissue/joint therapy in my geriatric giant breed dog who had been falling down on walks; generalized weakness.

Decent red light therapy wand
I recently purchased an Infrared Light Therapy Red Light Therapy Device to help my dog with a torn ACL injury. The device impressed me with its long battery life, allowing for extended treatment sessions. Although it's too early to determine if it will yield the same results as laser therapy, I've noticed positive signs of improvement, making me hopeful about its potential effectiveness.

Not a Real Laser
Cold Laser Therapy and Red Light Therapy are two different things. Red light therapy uses red LED light to target skin and cells, while cold laser therapy utilizes low-level lasers or LEDs to stimulate cellular activity for healing and pain relief. An actual cold laser costs about $16k. The product page states, "Cold Laser", but the box clearly reads "Red Light Therapy".I have used this for a couple weeks, and haven't really noticed any difference in my painful joints. That being said, I have an elderly cat that seems to have gotten some relief from it (he started playing again!). I will continue to give it a go since I paid so much, but I'm not holding my breath. At least the cat feels better!

Pain management at home
I've seen how effective red light therapy is on wrinkles and promoting hair growth, so it doesn't surprise me that it can also be used to treat pain. This kit contains a very easy to use laser, sunglasses, and a usbc cord for charging. It arrived partially charged, so I was able to start using it right away. Essentially, wherever you use the laser on your body, the blood flow in that area increases. Now, for 1st time red light users, please note that you won't feel anything right away. In fact, you won't even feel the laser. For instance, say you're working on your knee (like I am). Put on a pair of shorts and set the timer for 5 minutes. I use full intensity. Keep the laser very close to the skin without touching it. Wait 5 minutes, then repeat this tomorrow (note, the guide says you can use it 2x per day). Keep repeating daily for about 2 weeks (10-15 days per booklet and this is called a session). It's then that you should start to notice a difference. There is no pain at all while using the laser and you honestly won't feel anything while it glides across your skin. The timer is convenient for keeping track of your usage, and it comes in handy. So far I'm satisfied with this. The wand is really easy to hold and use. The buttons are straightforward (on/off, intensity, and timer) and I'm glad this came with sunglasses. I'm still working on completing 1 session, but so far, so good.I'm really hoping this will help with my knee pain.

No immediate relief
Got this to try to treat or ease the pain of degenerative joint disease but after using for a little over a week, I have not noticed an improvement in pain. Not sure if it works, but I’m guessing this is something that takes weeks to see improvement. You’re also supposed to take breaks between treatment sessions. I used the glasses it came with, which make it very dark but I can still see what I’m doing. The device has a laser that is invisible to the human eye. The glasses have a green tint which hopefully block out that laser, even though I wouldn’t aim the light at my face. The only thing I can feel is warmth when using. I will continue to use in hopes of getting rid of this pain and will update if there is no difference at all, because for the price, its a big investment.

Is it effective…? Only time will tell but this is the best unit I’ve tried so far!
So, like most of the human race, I work on a computer all day and therefore suffer the expected aches and pains that go with it (stiffness in my fingers, wrists, hands, neck, etc.) I know virtually nothing about redlight therapy but, when I saw this device, I thought it was worth giving it a try.I’m still very new to this concept and, to be completely honest, I have no idea what I’m doing. The instructions are clear enough but pretty basic and focused on the unit itself - no information about the actual technology/therapeutic benefits so you’ll need to do your own research. The unit itself is quite solid and is quite easy/intuitive to use. You can hold it in your hand or prop it on something so that it stays focused on the desired treatment area. Although no carrying case is provided it does include a pair of protective glasses that are transparent which allows you to multi-task (phone, tablet, TV) without fear of blinding yourself (especially if your treatment area is on/near/pointing towards your face).I can’t say I’ve noticed much of a difference yet but everything I’ve read says “it takes time” so I’m willing to keep trying it. If I can make it work consistently enough, and it does prove effective, I’ll update my review accordingly.Thank you for reading my review, I hope it was helpful!

Works well, holds a charge well
Very convenient to have a wireless unit. I’m still iffy as to the effectiveness, however if you choose to use a light therapy unit this one is very convenient.

Doesn't Help At All
I got this device for my husband to use for his joint pain. It comes with glasses to prevent the red light from hurting your eyes as well as the device. This is supposed to help relieve the pain. He has followed all the directions and has felt no difference in his pain levels after using this multiple times a week. Very expensive price tag for it not to work. Not recommended.
