Top-Notch Security and Peace of Mind!
I recently added the Wireless Security Camera with Indoor Base to my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with its performance and features. This product has truly elevated my sense of security and provided unparalleled peace of mind.Firstly, the wireless functionality makes installation a breeze. No messy cables to deal with, just a straightforward setup process that even a tech novice can handle. The indoor base adds an extra layer of convenience, allowing me to position the camera strategically without any limitations. The integration of both cloud storage and SD card storage options is a game-changer. The cloud storage ensures that my footage is securely stored off-site, providing protection against potential hardware theft or damage. Meanwhile, the SD card storage offers a local backup, giving me access to footage even in the rare event of an internet outage. The video quality is exceptional, providing clear and detailed images both during the day and at night. The infrared night vision feature is particularly impressive, ensuring 24/7 monitoring without any compromise in image clarity. The mobile app is user-friendly and feature-rich. I can easily access live footage, review past recordings, and customize settings on the go. The real-time alerts keep me informed of any suspicious activity, adding an extra layer of vigilance. One of the standout features for me is the two-way audio functionality. It allows me to communicate with whoever is in the camera's view, whether it's a family member or a visitor. This interactive element adds an extra dimension to the security system. In conclusion, this Wireless Security Camera with Indoor Base is a must-have for anyone looking to enhance their home security. The combination of wireless convenience, dual storage options, high-quality video, and advanced features make it a top-notch investment for safeguarding your home and loved ones. I highly recommend it!

Great camera
I love this camera and it's features. This camera has the best battery life I have found in these rechargeable cameras. The only drawback is the field of view isn't as wide of an area as what I was hoping for.The overall review of this camera puts it on the top of my list as far as price, quality, battery life, and ease of use.I definitely want more of these!!

APP DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY!
Look from what I can see, motion detector? Works!Pictures appear clear? Yes!App lets you click view to see the images? No it crashes.App lets you view video footage? No the menu never comes up and crashes.App lets you use too way talk feature? There appears to be no option for it.Also as far as I can see there is no support for the product's company on any 3rd party app either, including Amazon and GoogleHome/Nest's systems.

The cameras survived hurricane Ian
The base station comes with two rectangular shaped outdoor cameras and their mounting hardware, USB charging cables, one black Ethernet cable and one AC adapter. All items are black. In the setup guide, it tells me to connect the base station to my router with the provided Ethernet cable and connect the AC adapter to it. The cameras have built-in batteries so I charged them fully before installation. I then downloaded according to the guide the Arpha app available in Google Play and Apple App Store. However, once I installed the app on my Android phone, I noticed it looks identical to an app I already have installed, SmartLife, which works with Amazon Alexa and Google Home. I didn’t want another app to take up space on my phone, so I tried to connect the base station to SmartLife and lo and behold, it worked. I turned on Bluetooth and the SmartLife app detected the new device and I only had to tap once to have the base station bound to my SmartLife account. Then I connected the two cameras to the base station via the app, too. They connected almost immediately. So, I uninstalled the Arpha app and was relieved that I could save some space on my phone. Next I installed the cameras outside. I used the mounting hardware and attached them to metal poles in front of my home. One camera facing my front door, the other facing the front yard and my parking space. I attached them to the poles with heavy duty outdoor zip-ties that are UV light resistant. I led the zip-ties through the holes of the mounting hardware where usually the screws go through. My installation turned out to be tough enough to withstand the elements as hurricane Ian didn’t blow away any of my cameras. Due to the storm, I was over a week without power and internet. Once my electric company, FPL, restored power and Comcast brought back my Internet, I learned that the cameras themselves also didn’t suffer any internal damage from the storm. They seem to be two tough cookies. I could view the live streams of the cameras again without any issue and a few recordings triggered by motion detection. To store any footage, I have inserted a class 10 SD card in the back of the base station. I formatted it within the app before using it for recordings. I know there is cloud storage available but so far, I don’t need that. One thing I miss in the Detection Alarm Settings is an option to exclude zones from detection. However, I could set the sensitivity level of the alarm to low. This way, I get almost exclusively alerted when people are in front of my door or a car approaches my home in front of it. The SmartLife app also displays the current charge of each battery. I can initiate two-way communication with a single tap and speak with someone at the door if I get a motion detection alert. The speakers are loud enough to carry a conversation with noise around like a lawn mower. I added the base station to the home screen so I have one-tap access to both cameras. The base station keeps recordings of all motion detections in a 64GB SD card I inserted in the back and I can review any footage from as far back as storage space permits. I can also transfer recordings to my phone if I want to share them or store a copy of those recordings somewhere safe as the base station overwrites the oldest recordings if the SD card runs out of space. By the way, the cameras have been outside for over a month now and their batteries are still over 90% charged. So, I guess I have to recharge the cameras only a few times a year.

An excellent decision.
These cameras perform quite effectively, and I'm quite satisfied with them, considering adding a third camera to expand coverage. The app is user-friendly, allowing me to easily check door activity when I receive a notification or view the live feed from another camera to monitor street parking, especially for delivery trucks like Amazon. It also offers convenient access to review past clips from earlier in the week. The signal range from my furthest camera to the receiver is approximately 100 ft, with the added benefit of signal penetration through walls (although excessive walls and corners might impede the signal). The only challenge lies in fine-tuning the motion detection sensitivity. On the "high" setting, I receive notifications for all passing traffic. Optimal results come from strategic camera placement for motion detection, ideally in a spot with a clear background and where individuals or vehicles are at a moderate to close distance. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with the setup and would recommend it.
