While this clock cam has great potential, it unfortunately needs more changes before it lives up to it's advertised use. The first problem I noticed was, ironically, that you can quickly tell it's a camera. Putting it on a certain surfaces causes a reflection that masks this better, but it should be better hidden to begin with. You also should remove the QR code sticker, to make it look less suspicious. The Android app was last updated in 2015, so obviously it crashes and doesn't always play nice with the camera. I happen to notice I can login to the IP address on a web browser, which offers far more customization than the out of date app does. This camera has a setting for ONVIF, which is a standard for cameras to be compatible with other branded systems. However, I could not get multiple other Anroid apps to connect using ONVIF (or anything else, for that matter). The owners manual is poorly translated, so that leaves you mostly figuring out how to use it. The web interface I mentioned shares in the English translation problem. Sadly, this fulfills the cheap Chinese stereotype. My advice is to save your time & money & look elsewhere.
