Perfect for daily aches and pains
The media could not be loaded. I was excited to see that Bob and Brad offers a hand massager. I have their massage gun and use it quite often, so whenever new products come out I add them to my wishlist. As a mother of two boys, an artist, and a accountant, my hands get sore daily. I really enjoyed the massage feature this machine offers. While it doesn't replace a traditional massage, it gives the right amount of pressure to the areas of my hands that are sore. I like that it's very adjustable, and the heat feature is very warm and comfortable. I even got my husband, who is a welder and hates any kind of massage, to use it and he surprisingly said he enjoyed it as well.Design wise it's sleek, easy to wipe down from dust or dirt, and it's quiet. It comes with a bag as well for easy storage. Battery life is long and it doesn't take long to charge.Overall I really enjoyed this product and would recommend it.

I Wanted to Love This, But ...
First, this is a beautiful piece of equipment. Everything about it is high quality. The unit itself arrived partially charged, and I was able to complete the charge as recommended prior to its first use. During that time, I familiarized myself with the workings of the unit. As an elderly female with overuse of my hands due to heavy keyboard use at high speed during my working years, I was ready for the relief that this hand massager promised. Sadly, I cannot report that much of anything happened for me. I tried all of the modalities offered, which include air compression, heat, fan cooling, and roller massage. In the end, I simply felt that heated gloves might work better on this cold day. The air compression did not seem to do much for me, and I can say the same for the roller massage. It is not the same as having an actual person massaging your hands. I have not used a device of this type before, so I am unable to make comparisons. I can only state that it is not something I find useful in reviving my tired hands. To me, a cold pack or a hot pack would be a better alternative, depending on the temperature desired at any given time.I can recommend this hand massager to anyone who knows about such devices and would, I believe recognize the quality of this particular device. It conforms to safety requirements and is packaged nicely, making it suitable for gifting. The user manual is clear, and the unit comes with a lovely storage bag as well as a Type-C charging cable and an extra finger massage tool. I have no idea how to install this tool, especially since there is a warning stating that the unit should not be disassembled. Perhaps it is to be used manually. The inclusion of this is not addressed. The Bob and Brad Hand Massager is a very nice piece of equipment for someone who likes and responds to this type of appliance. Unfortunately, that person is not me.

helps with my hand pains
I find this hand massager has been helpful for the aches and pains I feel when cold weather hits. I like the intuitive use, push button styling, and the automatic 20 min. treatments. I am able to use the hand massager daily (treating both hands) about 4 treatments, before the charge indicator goes from green (full) to yellow (medium)-- I never use the unit until it's depleted (red). It takes about 2 hrs. for recharging, using the usb-c cord (doesn't include the wall prong piece). There are low/medium/high settings on the air compression, but I don't need to go beyond the medium, since that can be painful for me. The rolling massage, heat, & fan features don't necessarily help my situation, but it's no biggie to leave them turned off. After a treatment, my hands still hurt a little bit, but then I notice they loosen up and feel much more flexible 10-15 min. later, and the pain prior to treatment, is gone. I believe it is helping me with my trigger finger issues. Seems to be a well-made product, but it's a little bulky, and I need a pillow on my lap to angle it for my comfort, during treatment. This was a good purchase for me.

Not as good a massage as I thought I would get for the price
I have a $45 hand massager that massages better than this. I wanted something that does a little bit more and saw that this had rollers so I thought it would give a better massage, but I was wrong. The rollers don't really do much. The compression isn't even as good as the compression on my cheaper massager. It is firm but it only compresses the whole hand at once and releases. The cheap massager I own compresses different parts of your hand at different times giving more of a massage feel, while this one just feels like it squeezes your hand and then lets go (it doesn't feel like much of a massage).All-in-all, it's an okay massage, but not close to good enough to warrant the price.

Hand relief after long workdays
The media could not be loaded. Working 45 hours a week on a computer isn't easy on the hands, and that's where this hand massager has become my little home office hero. As someone who's constantly typing and clicking, having this gadget right by my side for quick breaks has been a lifesaver. One of the best parts for me is the auto-roller massage. It's like it knows exactly where my fingers are aching the most. And while I initially thought the three air compression settings might be overkill, I’ve found myself using all of them depending on how my day's going. The heat feature is the cherry on top – it feels like a warm embrace for my overworked hands. The convenience factor is huge for me. It's cordless, so I can easily move it around my house, and the battery life is surprisingly long-lasting.I do have one little quibble – I wish it could fit both my hands at the same time. Guess I might just get another one for that full hand-spa experience! To anyone who's typing their days away or struggling with hand discomfort: this massager might just be what you need. It's become an essential part of my daily routine, and my hands have never been happier!
