Doesn't cause bloating, Quality is good.Cafe Mocha flavour is my favourite. Only cons is there is clumps sometimesShaker needs massive upgrade it leaks, whenever you shke.

The taste is quite artificial
Everything is good, i only have an issue with the taste where the chocolate flavour tastes very sweet along with a very weird aftertaste which can be due to the artificial flavour. I would not buy the flavoured ones again but might try if an unflavoured one comes out.

Protein quality is horrible and the delivery experience is most horrible the protein is damaged by sipper and the amazon customer care didn't help any thing.I didn't suggest anyone to take this

Don't buy fuel one sipper it will leak
Mixability is bad for fuel one protein powder, very sweet chemical taste protein powder(choclate), sipper is leaking and of cheap quality.
