Rug making
My 15 year old son made these. I was impressed.

Would buy all over again.
I loved that I was able to get the kit because it’s a lot of moving pieces when it comes to creating rugs. I will say that when screwing in the wood pieces together it began to strip the inside which caused the frame not hold as form but I just added some glue and it’s perfect!

So far so good, except...
One of the c-clamps snapped. In half. From just normal tufting pressure. Huh.This is my first go at tufting, and as this kit had it all, I decided to try it. I've done 2 rugs so far with no issues beyond the snapped clamp, but have not used the clippers yet. Sticking with 4 stars for now, but will update as I go along.

Fantastic buy
This is a really solid starter kit. I absolutely love the fact that it includes everything you need to at least get started practicing.EDIT: Well it all started out great for my first rug. Now it has been nothing but problems. Scissors are already full and not cutting, yarn gets stuck under the scissors, when my finger isn't even on the trigger it will start going, even after i take my finger off the trigger it keeps going for a couple of punches. When you tighten the fabric on the frame it distorts the frame like warped wood.
