Are any of these big enough to remove a 1/2 inch fine threaded left hand bolt?

Yes, most of the sizes are for larger than 1/2 inch, but the two smaller sizes will work. I find that using an automatic transmission fluid and acetone 50/50 mix helps. Apply before attempting to remove screw and tap on the screw lightly.

Dumb question, but what’s the best tool to attach to these extractor bits? I planned to use my Dewalt impact driver but not sure how to attach.

Drill into the center of the broken screw or bolt with the appropriate size drill bit. Tap the extractor into the drilled out hole in the bolt. I use an adjustable wrench to turn the extractor to remove the bolt. You could probably use a T-handle tap wrench if you have a tap and die set. I'm not sure if you would want to use a power tool with these extractors.
