Great for an HTPC case.
Love the size of this case, just wish the company would have DESIGNED a true HTPC case with slim DVD/BLUE RAY bay and a 3.5 bay for a multi media card reader. Granted this is a server case.

Great case with weird layout choices
Alright, the value for the money is undeniable. But for this particular case, I think the cons outweigh the pros.Pros:* It's 1U* Has a network indicator light on the front, which is neat but my motherboard doesn't have headers for this* Has space for an optical drive, this case would probably make a good HTPC* Looks nice, seems very durable* Two side fans for air ingress* Arrived well-packaged and undamagedCons:* One of the inlet fans was dead on arrival* The 2.5" mounting bracket positioning makes zero sense, there isn't enough room in either direction for power or data cables. It either runs into the front of the chassis, or into the RAM / some other motherboard component* I mounted two 2.5" drives in the optical area instead to allow for plenty of room for wires* Cable routing is tough, but expected given the limited room* Only 4 screws included for securing 2.5" drives to brackets.* No front fans* Difficult to find a CPU coolerAfter some more investigation, I'm going to exchange mine for the 9" deep model from the same brand. It seems to make more sense for my airflow situation and the drive mounting makes more sense, at the expense of PCIe which I do not plan on using.

Nice rack mount case for micro-computing
This is a well made mini-itx case for small computing builds. The material quality is great and the layout is clear and easy to install.

Solid and strong build, watch your airflow
Up front: This case is solid/strong. All metal, thick materials, and VERY strong rack ears. Even fully loaded, the only reason for any rear supports would be if one's rack rails bent, because this case won't!The "finger pulls" on the front are appreciated as well.Mounting uITX and PS were simple enough using the pre-drilled holes, though I had to provide suitable standoffs. The front of the case is SOLID, so if you want front-removable anything, be prepared to cut and mod.The only real downside is that the front really should have at least 1 USB-C, and a spot for video (if not a jumper for HDMI. Since I'm not using optical drive, I passed a HDMI extension out the front that way.The two fans pre-mounted aren't exactly quiet, so using those or swapping them out, needs to be a consideration. The front is solid, no airflow. So looking at the case from the front, the only ventilation is right-side towards the front (with included fans), left-side towards the rear (BYO fans), and the rear panels (BYO fans). All in all, I like this case. I'd like to see some fans (or cutouts for them) in the front, but not a deal breaker. Good value for the price.

1U server chassis surpassed my expectations!
I ordered this rackmount chassis to redo my PfSense router build with a mITX motherboard. This RackChoice 1U model seems to have all the necessary options. I like it can install a double thick PCIe card on its side. Or two PCIe standard height cards. I still have to figure out how to use those two included mounts though. What was a pleasant surprise was the front face is completely aluminum not plastic as I had assumed. And the case is made very well, with at least 1.1mm thick sheet steel. The workmanship, fit and finish is outstanding. The only thing I can nitpick is the lack of front USB-3 ports. My current PfSense box will migrate well into the innards of this case. I will just have to find an appropriate remote mount riser card. Two thumbs up and a recommend!I will update with more pics of my home network upgrade and server rack when available.

Requires a 1U Flex Power Supply Check Size!
This RackChoice 1U chassis is quite nice, it includes 2 fans and some extra accessories to make integrating your mini-itx board easier. The hardest aspect of using this chassis is actually finding a good PSU as it will likely run you more than the chassis itself, in addition to that make sure that you measure the slot as not all 1U power supplies will fit so you need to be careful with the dimensions.I've currently got a 1U PSU on order along with a voltage step up converter as I am planning on using a mini pc in this case and then extending it with additional storage and storing this from within my server rack.

All Metal Exterior
This 1U rackmount case boasts a quality all-metal exterior. It comes complete with mounting hardware, a molex adapter, and two 40mm fans. My intention is to use this as an enclosure for an electronics project, so I cannot provide feedback on its performance with the intended miniITX motherboard and hardware. Nevertheless, it is an overall well-made case with some thoughtful extras included.

Decent case for the money. Design basics could be better
Case was cheap, used for opnsense router. purchased mini-ITX board with 4xethernet, had to cut portion of motherboard's backplate so that it fits in case. Design could be much better. Mounting drives is a hassle, and if you mount 2.5inch internally, was not able to have enough clearance for sata cable due to motherboard so had to mount it in external space. Also, CPU backplate too high, and couldn't raise the motherboard due to i/o backplate and cpu fan clearance. Fans decently quiet when attached to pwm. Overall decent for the price.
