BOSU Balance Trainer, 65cm The Original Ive used a balance trainer for years, for me there are so many things that you can do in order to strengthen your core muscles. I used these in physio countless of times for rehab work and still to this day i continue to use it. Ive bought cheaper alternative previously in order to save money however, the plastic seem to break after about 6months to a year with consistent usage. The last bosu lasted me years and its a true testament when the one i use in physio is around 7 years old and it gets used pretty much all the time until it finally gave up. The material used is pretty much similar to the cheaper alternative this just wins out majorly when the bladder is form to the surrounding plastic which is just way more durable and thick so will last alot longer than the cheaper ones. You do hear air which personally i haven't heard before probably because of the background noises i just haven't noticed this yet it seem like the bladder itself has a pocket which when weight is placed on top of it draws air out and when you get off the air gets drawn back. This is because im am yet to reinflate the device its been consistent and hasn't deflated at all. Overall quality material, very versatile.

There are lots of balance trainers on the market, but after doing some research I decided to go with BOSU. The getting started QR code is really useful and takes you straight to everything you need - the manual, videos on set-up, registering your warranty, and work-out videos. Even the outside of the box has a marker level of 8.5 inches so you have a guide for inflating it correctly. It seems really sturdy and built to last.

Love this BOSU balance trainer. Such a versatile piece of equipment for building strength and stability in lower limbs. There are other (cheaper) versions out there, but in my experience they are all inferior in quality; you really get what you pay for with a BOSU. Take your flexibility and stability training to the next level.

Inflated on Sunday and still hissing as if losing air when stand on it. Can’t get enough air in it so that it is firm. Any helpful tips or is something wrong with it?

V pleased with the product and my wide loves the colour! Lots of cheaper ones around but you know that Bosu are excellent quality. Easy to inflate and use.

Love the Bosu Ball, brilliant robust bit of kit although the pump isn't, was quite hilarious trying to pump it up and it kept coming undone, caused laughing rather than frustration. Even with the cheap pump it didn't take long to pump up. Really pleased, my personal trainer told me to get this one for home use and not the commercial use one, it's pretty much identical, brilliant for keeping fit on. Delivery was quick, no complaints.

The Bosu ball was the key to me regaining stability and strength after ankle reconstruction surgery. My ankles are stronger than they’ve ever been. The ball doesn’t come with instructions on how to blow it up but it’s self explanatory, you can download a manual if you want and comes it with a pump!

I’ve wanted one of these for ages. It’s really sturdy and great for core and strength workouts.
