De:maf Creams Come True Squalane Barrier Repair Cream, 1.7 fl.oz, 50mlThis was the first time I used this brand. It’s been two months since I used it and during this winter season it really hydrated my skin. I use this after serum, day/night cream, this was the last step to add on to my routine skin care. I have very sensitive skin and the product is so light it didn’t cause any issues to my skin. There’s no smell to the cream as and it doesn’t leave my face sticky.

I love a good barrier cream, and this one was really nice. I have been using this for a few weeks now, and I like to use a little bit of this on top of my HA serum and any other spot treatments I might be using for the day depending on how my skin is feeling to kind of seal everything in before I use my sunscreen. This is really nice, it's not to thick or thin and feels super lightweight on my skin. I really like that it's not scented, and is really lovely on my skin. Overall, I do like this but I don't know that I would come back to this at this price point when I can find a comparable barrier cream. I definitely enjoy using it, so I do recommend the product, but also wouldn't be mad if you found a better alternative at your local drug store.

I find this cream works great as a regular daily moisturizer or would be perfect for use during the summer. However, when used for repair purposes, it's not as rich and long-lasting as I expected.Its texture is on the light side and very easy to apply, as it tends to melt upon contact with the skin and absorbs very well without leaving any stickiness. However, one application is not enough for me, so I always apply it 2-3 times as instructed before bed during these dry winter months. It provides good hydration initially but falls short of maintaining it for an extended period, my skin remained rather dry with no residue left by morning.Other than that, I enjoy using it as a regular morning moisturizer- lightweight, quick absorption, gives a lovely glow, and doesn't interfere with makeup. Overall, It's a good cream for daily use but doesn't quite meet my expectations as a repair cream.

This is a rich cream that works very well for my sensitive dry skin. My skin gets dehydrated and rough very easily, and this is even more problematic during the fall and winter months. I try many moisturizing lotions and creams to try to find those products that help replenish the lipids my skin needs as well as help keep it moisturized. In my experience, many creams help with hydration but are not as effective at helping to repair my skin. This one does both and I'm happy to have found it just in time for the cooler weather. This white cream is fairly thick but it doesn't feel heavy on my skin so right now I can use it morning and night. In the summertime, when I use light-weight skin care products, this would probably be best as a night cream for me. There is no added fragrance, but the cream has a lovely light scent from the ingredients that I really like. It isn't too strong and it doesn't linger, so I wouldn't think it would bother anyone. The cream goes on smoothly and is absorbed very quickly with no oily look or tacky feeling. It seems to penetrate into the deeper layers of my skin and helps reduce dryness and that tight, drawn feeling I often get. At the same time, it is quite calming and moisturizing and I can feel the effects right away and they are long lasting. When I use this at night, my skin is soft and supple the next day, and many of my wrinkles and lines are less noticeable. I haven't experienced any irritation since I started using this repair cream. It works very well with the serums I already use, too. As someone with sensitive skin, I would have liked to see the full list of ingredients before ordering. At $37.00 for a tube containing 1.7 ounces of moisturizing cream, this is a bit pricey. But it works so well that I think it is well worth purchasing. It is marketed for all skin types, but I think it works especially well for dry skin. I really like the way this cream feels on my skin -- very luxurious. The cream arrived nicely boxed and sealed.

Despite hopes for effective repair, it fell short. The texture felt heavy and left a greasy residue, failing to deliver the promised hydration and leaving my skin feeling congested. Disappointing results overall.

I was surprised by how big this tube actually was--a lot of times skincare products will come in larger boxes and the tubes are tiny. The cream is very smooth and it spreads and absorbs easily. It's supposed to be non-comedogenic and suitable for all skin types. I did a patch test on my hand and the cream absorbed right away, leaving my skin soft and hydrated without feeling sticky. It is completely unscented as well and seems like it would layer well under other products. As with most skincare products, it takes a few weeks of use to see the longer-term effects, but my first impression of Creams Come True is very positive.
