this worked perfect for building a custom speaker box out of fiberglass, i probably used way more hardener than i needed to as i only have about 20% left with 40% of the resin left but overall i'm very happy with the product, much better price than buying local in quart sizes.

I originally bought a gallon of this for my first ever fiberglass project. It wets out the mat quickly and laminated layers go together without problems. I ran out and didn't want to wait for more so I went to the big box store and bought the 3_Bon_o brand that you can get everywhere. Whoa, that was a major mistake! For some reason it took a ton of effort to get it to wet out the mat and even once it did for some reason it doesn't stick well. I spent a ton of time going back over spots where huge air bubbles formed for no reason at all. Often more than 5 times on the same spot. It also gelled very quickly compared to this brand. I had to go back with a grinder to get all the bubbles out of my work. I stopped using it and just ordered some more of this. I know now for future projects I need to get a higher quality product because it's now apparent that not all resins are created equal. Guess I got lucky on my first try and I recommend this to anyone else wanting to do fiberglass work.

First time I've ever done any fiberglass work. Nice product great price the only problem is the shipping, although it's free shipping,it's not a prime product so you got to wait 4 or 5 days to get it. UPDATE 8/17/19 I highly highly recommend this product. I originally purchased two gallons of this because I'm redoing the top of my pop up camper. I followed the instructions and this stuff worked great I was able to work with it,rolled on smooth under and over my mat. I need a just a little bit more so I ordered another brand 3_ Bon_o brand. The kind you can buy at your local store or automotive store. Well let me tell you that was a mistake because that brand was junk, nothing compared to this product. The 3_ B_ndo brand sets up way too fast and did not go on smooth. I would recommend this stuff to anybody and I am buying another gallon of it.

Used on a stringer replacement project, sets up strong, exactly as closely followed directions described.

Once again, super fast shipping of a great product. Don’t understand the reviews or the product didn’t work. Just let me say I have no stake in this company and I’m not being compensated in any way. If you mix the hardner and resin in the correct proportions and are within the temperature guidelines, the product will set up and harden as it should. It is not crystal clear resin and is not advertised to be. I guess it’s possible to get a bad batch, anything can happen, but it’s never happened to me and I’ve bought a lot. This is the best deal on polyester resin you’re going to find.

Easy to use, good pot life at 2%

It’s actually been awhile since I’ve seen resin like this... was back in my boat days! It’s color, consistency, quality is spot on! From time to time I produce motorcycle fenders (pictured), and found this resin to work has it should. This particular one was laid up with outside temps in the high thirties, shop was at 65 PTL. I’ll be back for more very soon, however for me, my location is in the Northwest and the vender is is in the Southeastern part of the country. So shipping time takes awhile with ground shipping, something I’ll allow for when ordering. Might I say, the vender is top notch!

Product worked true to purpose.

There is no mention that this has wax in it. To do a 2nd coat you have to use laqeur and sand ot with 120 grit otherwise the layers separate. Also, this is extremely overpriced! Shame on me for not checking! A local supplier has non wax based reading and hardener for $100 a gallon. I will be much more diligent in my research next time. I assumed amazon was always cheaper
