This was great, the condensation did not leak out and leave a rung under the bucket. Lid is a little tight and you really have to pull hard for it to come off, other than that, this is great.

I had a party from 7-10pm and forgot to empty the ice bucket after the party. At 10 AM the next morning, I went to pour out the water from the bucket and was amazed there were still frozen ice cubes inside the ice bucket! So, extremely useful and efficient as an ice bucket, but also lovely. It was used on a table set with sterling silver pitchers and lead crystal glasses and pitchers and it blended in very well.

Nice quality product. We did remove the silicone seal. It made difficult to remove the lid. It's really not needed for a ice bucket.

Update: 3/24/25I had contacted customer service and sent the same picture of the broken scoop. They responded quickly, and a replacement was sent! They wrapped the new scoop very well and had it mailed out. Impressed with their customer service. I would do business with them again!The ice bucket itself is fine and what I had hoped. Although the handle is a bit sharp feeling vs rounded which is disappointing. You wouldn't want to "carry" this handle as it'd be uncomfortable. The main reason for the low rating is because the scoop came broken. The handle wasn't attached to the scoop part. Email sent to customer support. Rating will be updated if they respond and how they respond.
