This has a large display of inside and outside temperature and humidity, a suggested weather forecast in the form of a graphic (possibly based on barometric changes - if so, they are not displayed) and a radio controlled clock.The display is large with excellent contrast and should suit most people. It can be wall or table mounted but may need siting with care as the front of the display is quite reflective so that room lights can show up and mask the readings. Both inside and outside units use AA batteries (not supplied).My only real complaint is that the handbook supplied is poor. While it is largely correct it is obviously translated and covers features that do not exist on the supplied model. My main gripe is that the handbook states that this unit can take the radio signal from Cumbria or Frankfurt, but the option for the Cumbrian signal is missing from my unit. While it is easy to set it for -1 hour to compensate for the difference in Central European Time versus GMT (and this only needs doing when changing batteries) this is something that should have been sorted in the handbook and one could argue that for the price one could have expected to have a receiver for Cumbria built in. Nonetheless an excellent display makes it invaluable for those of us with less than perfect eyesight.

I like this clock/ weather station - it works and looks great. I wanted a large one to go on the wall and thats what I got. True, the clock is set to a atomic DCF clock signal from Sindelfingen Germany which provides only Central European Time (CET). This is (of course) no good for British time but with a simple adjustment it can be set up to sync with GMT. Its certainly not worth getting your knickers in a twist about it. Excellent product which can be viewed from all angles, I think: well worth the money.

This is a beautiful piece, but unfortunately it should not be on the Amazon UK site as it is not capable of securing an MSF time signal and is only programmed to receive the DCF for the EU only (except UK) meaning that any DST time changes have to be done manually. When I purchased the weather station, it clearly stated that it could secure the MSF signal. To say that I am very disappointed is an understatement.

I liked the look of this weather station wall clock with the silver surround and saved it for later as the price was a bit high. Luckily, a couple of days later, the price was dropped to a more affordable amount, so I snapped it up.I bought it to replace my failing old Oregon Scientific weather station. The outdoor sensor was dropping out frequently and Oregon did not have any replacements. This new Bresser TemeoTrend does not have all the bells and whistles of the Oregon but does what I want by giving me the time (radio controlled) plus indoor and outdoor temperatures. The weather forecast is supposed to be for about 24 hours in advance, but you know the British weather, it never follows any forecasts.The clock found the time signal within 2 minutes, adjustment to UK time (-1 hour) from CET was easy and the outdoor sensor hooked up within about 4 minutes.I think it's very nice looking and it does the job.
