Just the right level of challenge. Love the range of question types. Also have the Y6 edition, which is invaluable.

Excellent comprehension books, really helpful for my kids. My kid's school also using the same book.

Children in my Year 4/5 composite class enjoyed this book.

As a private tutor (but former primary school teacher,) I use this book to stretch and challenge students in Y4 and to consolidate knowledge for those who are 'meeting expectation' in Y5. Engaging and interesting comprehension pieces; although the comprehension questions themselves are a little simplistic, but the language exploration activities are good.I would use these books both in school and at home.

I think this is a great resource, it has really helped me as a private tutor.
