These BrainWell Premium Brain Support Supplements provide Vitamin D3 and L-Theanine among other ingredients. I did not get sick after taking these. I do sometimes get stomach aches after taking supplements, so this is a real plus for me. I can't say I noticed any specific improvements with my brain.
