Awesome
Great weighted jump rope, very good workout. Do not confuse this with speed rope, it’s weighted and has 1 speed that you can go. But it’s a great back workout

Works great!
Swivel handles work well. Much more cardio intensive than a standard jump rope.

Rope Too Short. I am 6'4
The rope is nice & heavy but is way too short. I have to curl my body too much. I got the 9.8ft and it feels like maybe they sent the wrong size. Going to measure it and see whats going on. Will update comment. Very disappointed because it says it supports people up to 6'9 smh

Didn't know this existed and now I am in love
This is really nice quality: thick and sturdy with good handles, and has a sheath pad of sorts to protect it from when it drags on the ground with each jump. (That is a smart design, for sure.) It is a lot nicer than I was expecting. I go outside to do it as I am fairly certain it would hit my pretty low garage ceilings. (I also ordered a jumping mat, but I haven't tried that yet. Still, I feel fairly certain that I would also recommend that if you can get it, both to cushion joints when jumping on hard surface, and to further protect the rope--though it you don't want to splurge on both, I bet the rope will last ages with that sheath.)Jumping bothers my knees, so I don't run at all or jump much. I thought this might be a good way to get more out of each jump, and start slowly, slowly building jumping endurance so my bones get the benefit while my joints adjust. It is great for that. Gets my heart pumping and my wrists and forearms burning very quickly. What a neat idea. I had no idea weighted jump ropes were a thing, and now I am so, so glad to have it.(I do jump slower with it, obviously, and I'm no longer working toward double unders, but I am super curious if this would help with that progression. I feel like it would, since double-unders are about still jumping "slow," but doing the double rotation--it seems like this might build strength and endurance to make it somewhat easier to work in that double rotation with a light rope. Not sure, but it is worth considering if that is your goal!)

Great cardio tool!
I've been using this for about 2 months. It works great and gives me a thorough workout. I like that the handles spin allowing my wrist to be comfortable. My only gripe is that it's already fraying near one of the handles. Photos attached.
