Made traveling with medicine worry free.
I have two medications that have to be refrigerated. One vial and one a large Oriencia pen. Don't know why it has to be so large, but that medication won't fit in the average medication cooler. This one is double the depth of others. It fit my pen and vial with room for more. I can now take longer trips and take my meds on time. I did carry a battery bank to power it while going through TSA and customs.

Stopped working within two hours.
This fridge stopped working within two hours of first use. Do not buy it. Since this item is marketed as an insulin cooling fridge you would think that it would meet stringent medical performance expectations - apparently not!

Best Insulin Coolbox
After researching the perfect insulin coolbox for a while, I found this one. You have all the power options available and plenty of storage for your insulin pens. Highly recommend. Can keep the temperature between 2 and 8 Celsius without a problem. Easy to set up.

Complete waste of money I wanted it to work
Both have been defective show for his far as I can tell either one charges the first one wouldn’t even stay on so far I would not recommend

Cools quickly, lots of power source options
This little cooler works extremely well, and has three ways to power it -USB, 12-volt (cigarette lighter) and a 110V plug. A decent instruction manual is included although your really don't need it as long as you use Celsius (the default). A power button (that you long press to turn the cooler off) and up/down buttons for temperature control.
