Great item, Looks small on the outside but very roomy inside. Performance is excellent, had to turn the fridge down so even saves money!

I would recommend anyone looking to buy an affordable fridge and also make sure to take the amazing unpacking and installation service as this helps a lot to move such a large item to your desired location. I just love the color and texture of this fridge. I will update on the usability and functionality when I start using it. At the moment, it is due to be turned on after 3 hours as instructed to me by the associates.

Despite the outer packaging being without damage, on opening the damage was immediately evident. The delivery service guys spent only 2 minutes placing the strongly packaged item in the middle of my kitchen. They photographed then left. I had no chance to inspect and the feedback window closed immediately. The fridge freezer was not "installed" as stated. There was no consideration from the delivery guys. I contacted Amazon customer services directly as I noticed two dents on the freezer door plus one on the rear of the unit. I was not happy to wait for replacement and risk another such delivery with equivalent damage so I asked for compensation for the damages and inconvenience. The first colleague offered £40. On further enquiry and contact with his colleague the offer was increased to 25%. I accepted this as a fair offer. Watch carefully and inspect item fully. The fridge freezer is a good size. There is a nice LED lighting in the fridge. The temperature control know near the light goes from 1-7. The side panels are textured and therefore of a good quality. The door has better shelves than pictured. There's a good crisper tray which extends the full depth of the fridge. Everything is highly visible at eye level. The freezer however will take some getting used to as I had two open shelves apart from base with my old one (beko) which provided 3 shelf areas.

Great fridge for low price. Looks nice. Perfect for just me, my husband and baby on way in our tiny studio space, slim so it don’t take up too much space but stores our weekly shop, lots of space in fridge and freezer. Can’t find any faults. Easy to set up, just open box on delivery, wait for 4 hours then plug in and turn on! Very happy with this fridge

Great ice fridge freezer, is very quiet compared to my older one and frost free was also a bonus.

As Amazon won't let me leave a seller review, this is for both. The fridge freezer seems good value for money and appears to be doing the job it should. Same cannot be said for Amazon , who when I bought this , offered a free delivery, installation and pick up of old fridge. They also offered updates on delivery, which I never got. It arrived, they brought it in, and left it sat by the door. When I queried about installation and removal, they said ring Amazon and left. I am partially disabled so had to get a neighbour to help unwrap, and move new one, and move old one to outside. On contacting Amazon, was told that the service had "sold Out" and hadn't updated online and sent me a dodgy looking link to sort something out. The fridge is good, just order from somewhere else

This fridge is not working as expected, i will need a replacement. The freezer is not as big as expected.
