It's nearly 15 days completed still I didn't get the refund
I received a Canon R8 that was completely non-functional out of the box. The camera would not power on properly and could not be used at all. Very disappointing experience with this unit It's nearly 15 days completed still I didn't get the refund there is no response from Amazon side

Camera excellence and lens concern
Overall, I’m pleased with the performance of the camera. however, I’ve encountered an issue with the kit lens. When attempting to turn it to 24mm, an unusual ring-like shadow appears. Given that this is a full-frame camera, this behavior is unexpected. I’m unsure about the return process for the kit lens and how to request a replacement. Any guidance on resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
