This Gooseneck Kettle is packaged perfectly to avoid damage in shipping - even the Gooseneck tip is protected by a thick piece of tubing. This kettle has different temperature settings for different drinks such as teas, or coffee. This would be perfect for a coffee pour over, but as of this review, I only have used it for teas . It heats quickly, and automatically maintains the temperature if the water temperature drops by 9 degrees. If you feel the water is too hot or not hot enough, you can adjust the temperature, and it will maintain the heat at the new temperature - even if you add additional water. It does not shut off if empty or dry but it will only heat 5 times to the set temperature, unless you change the temperature or turn it off. If you adjust the temperature, it will keep it at that temperature for 5 more cycles.The matte black color fits perfect in my kitchen as it goes well with stainless appliances and near my glass top stove. It will go well with any decor!

I bought this to make hot chocolate with. My kids love hot chocolate but can’t reach the microwave to get the water out. This tea pot is perfect! I love all the options and different heat settings. It’s also very neat looking. I love the goose neck.

This kettle looks high-end and it's perfect for brewing coffee and tea. With many versatile features to choose from,and it boils water at a good speed. I've been enjoying using it to brew tea recently. I'm happy with my purchase.

My husband enjoys pour over coffee, so this water percolator was super handy to get it at the right temperature. Love that the temp is adjustable- makes it easy to use this water for baking when certain recipes call for a specific temp range. It’s also so aesthetically pleasing. Only thing I couldn’t figure out was how to turn the beeping sound off every time the knob is turned.

Thanks for mailing this item I bought at Christmas time in a box that shows what it is. Looks like it’s no longer a surprise gift.

This is the second kettle I have purchased in the last 6 months. The first one doesn’t hold the temp. I have to restart for each cup of tea I make. This model heats up really fast and has a hold temp feature that defaults to 140 degrees and allows for a range of up to 212! No more waiting for that second cup! It’s cute too- bonus points 😀

This is easy to use, just add water and push the button. It heats up really fast, and you can watch the temp increase on the display. Holds enough water for several cups of tea (or drink of your choosing), and also a warming feature that will keeps it warm for multiple cups if you want.

Kettle has specific temperatures for different beverages which is nice. It is straightforward to use. It is nice the power shuts off if you remove the kettle. The temperature does seem to fluctuate some though
