They are beautiful. However I do not leave them in while sleeping. And I always take my plugs out of my ears before going to sleep. So far they don’t irritate my ear. the quality is good tooI bought the 0G and seem lightweight. They do not fallout.

I’ve had them for months they still look new and have lasted with no problems so far, of course I’ve had to clean them but that’s normal, they stay in I’ve never had one come out and I’ve swam, showered, slept, wore them constantly without an issue., fit true to size, they’re not heavy on your ears at all, mine are a size 2 btw, they’re comfy to wear you forget they’re even in. And such a good price. The last size I was in before a 2, I got these same exact pair (just one pair NOT two) from hot topic and they were $20+. So this was def a good deal for 2 different pairs and I honestly don’t see a difference in the gauges design, quality, fit or anything.

Delivery was one day late so not on time as suggested it originally would be that’s why I purchased them. Thus my reason for 4 stars, the tunnels look great though! The CZ stones are bigger that the original ones I have, as you can see on last two photos the ones on left are the new ones and right side are my old ones that I got at a store in the mall for two times the price. Will definitely order again in future.

I love that you get 2 for the price! Another plus is that you get 1 of each color. The quality of them is great. I’ve been wearing mine for some months now and a stone hasn’t fallen out. I was worried they would break my ears out. I’ve had issues with some others that have. But these didn’t, and are so comfortable, and easy to put on!

Was sizing up from 2g to 00g, but even though my plugs kept falling out it was too painful to size that much so I purchased a lovely pair of tunnels that I have received so many compliments on. They do screw in once they make it through your lobe. I don't plan on going up anymore, sticking with these! Quick arrival, high quality steel.

True to sz. 0g. I needed updated ones bc my others had gems missing. Fits well. Screw back to reduce losing & falling out. (I hate O ring rubber fasteners)
