Durable and easy
After figuring out the instructions it was easy to use. The instructions could use an upgrade. Great product though.

Very well built for the price
I bought my son this for Christmas. It is very well built and solid. It is also not complicated to set up either. I would 100% buy again.

Poor Quality and No Customer Service
I installed the batteries and the safe allowed me to change the combination. It gave me the signal that it was successful. I then tried to open with the combination, and it would not work. I repeated this process multiple times with no success. I tried calling the number provided, but it was not valid. I tried to email the company but received an undeliverable message. Do not purchase this safe.

Key stuck
Barely got it before the key got stuck in the lock. Thin material but was willing to give it a try. However never got the chance since I can't use it.

Super small
It is actually quite a big smaller than I thought. When shutting it, u loose about 2 inches as well, from the lock mechanism as well as the metal lining pieces that are sticking out (well in) from all sides.
