Excellent addition to bandsaw or small table saw
Works great with the assessories that are extra $I use mine with my Jet CS14 band saw and Bosch 8 1/4 “ cordless brushless bench top table saw. Recommended for better support for outfeed and accuracy. Remember to compensate for the extra distance between fence and blade when using measuring scale on saw.

Worth the price
\Well made, fit my Dewalt perfectly. Can't wait to cut my keepsake box lids off with it!

Excellent aftermarket product!
Really nice addition to my Jobsite table saw (Skil). The extrusion is perfectly straight and clamps simply and securely to the saw’s OEM fence. Whether ripping or cutting plywood / MDF, it effectively extends the table making working by yourself much easier. Highly recommend!

Good product, but…
This is a very well made fence, it’s a great addition to my job site saw BUT be warned of two things before buying it.When held up against a machinist square, it is absolutely not flat, it is within what I would call a moderate tolerance, as it is possible to get the bottommost 3 inches to line up square, and if you have a construction saw that is probably about the max you’ll ever need. Also, the t track slot is too small to fit a standard T bolt. They have bolt sets to attach third party software, but considering I was making use of the Jessem flex stock guides before this, and that utilizes a 1/4 bolt instead of a 5/16 bolt, I had to have the back half of those specific bolts machined off in order to fit the slot.I understand wanting to keep your market share in an area where plagiarism is rampant, but having to take such measures seems extreme for such an otherwise good product.

Seems to be rock solid but has one major caveat..
EDIT:The owner of BOW graciously sent me some t-bolts to fulfill my need. This is a young company that is working hard to make their product great and find improvements. We had a nice conversation on the phone about how the product can interact with attachments they may not be BOW. They are headed in a great direction and I highly recommend them, based on their quality product AND on customer service. Changed from 3 to 5 stars.Upon receipt of this fence extender, my initial thought was this thing is SOLID. Its got some weight to it and the build quality seems great. In fact, up to this point I have nothing negative to say about the fence itself. BOW also has lots of accessories that can be added to the fence for safety. These are great and the ones I have tried work really well. There is one major downside to this fence so far, and is the reason I subtracted multiple stars. The track is made to be used with accessories that attach to the fence with T-bolts. The problem lies in a standard sized t-bolt will not fit into the fence. A standard sized t-bolt has too thick of a head on it. BOW has their own t-bolts that come with the BOW accessories that you buy that fit perfectly in the fence. Problem is if you want to attach a non BOW product, you wont have a t-bolt that fits to attach it with, as you cant purchase BOW t-bolts separately. You HAVE to purchase a BOW accessory to receive a BOW t-bolt. This rubs me the wrong way.I have a call in to BOW to see if they are willing to send or sell me some of their t-bolts separate. If they are willing, I will change my rating. I just dont think I should have to spend an additional $30 to buy an accessory set just to get the two t-bolts that are included. I should be able to buy a set of t-bolts (maybe 10) separate for like $5-$6.

High Quality
To start with, this is the first time I've ever been impressed with the packaging of a product received on-line. The cardboard protecting the fence is seriously strong. The package was heavy. Upon opening the package, I found a substantial and high quality extruded alluminum fence extension that exceeded my epectations eventhough this product package is expensive.I have a Dewalt 745 portable table saw that I have mounted on a homebuilt stand. My work area is limited so I purchased the 36 inch version. I build wood structures made mostly using 2x materials and some need ripping up to six feet. This product and accesories offered make this a much better and safer process. The fence accesories need to be purchased eventhough it makes this purchase even more expensive. The feed support is a great addition and the feather boards are very helpfull.

This thing is awesome for quality and safety
I have an old Ridgid TS3650 table saw. I really like it and the fence is good, but it's also very short. I already had a Bow FeatherPRO featherboard and I love it. The design is ingenious and the thing works so well. I had picked up a pair of the FencePRO featherboards but they didn't work with my fence as it's way too short. So when I saw the XTENDER online, I wanted to get one to my current fence longer, more solid, and allow me to safely and effectively attached the FencePRO featherboards. I ordered the 36" extender and when it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised how heavy it is. This is not a lightweight flimsy aluminum extender. This thing is very solid. (It also came well packaged so it was protected during shipping, and it arrived in great shape.) I was easy enough to hook up to my current fence. I'm sure the Bow fence clamps work well, but I just used a pair of Rockler universal fence clamps that I already had and they work just fine. (These aren't designed for the XTENDER so your results may vary.) After getting the XTENDER set up and adjusted, I added my FencePRO featherboards and they fit amazingly well. I am so happy with this setup now. I can quickly adjust everything based on what I need to cut. Today I resawed some 40" pine 1"x2" boards for a project. Without this setup, I don't think I would have done it as it would have been difficult and risky. With the XTENDER fence and Bow featherboards, it went perfectly. I was able to get the wood through and I didn't have to worry that it was going to fly up or shoot back at me. I can't say enough about how good these products are. I consider all of them money well spent. I highly recommend the XTENDER fence and I would gladly purchase it again.
