Great bike!Got it for my wife after mine.... and now I wish I waited for the same. Easy to put together well designed and comfortable.

Bike arrived quickly and very well packed. Instruction manual was not the best. Parts were not called the same thing in parts list as instructions. Went together pretty fast with a little help from an experienced biker. Happy with my purchase. Bike rides very nicely.

Have had the bike 3 weeks, and I am impressed with the quality of build, the sturdy feel, and the acceleration. The bike is a little heavy, but a good solid ride, and it's acceleration, speed, and hill climbing ability make up for it. Good value for the money, and I recommend it, primarily for men.

Needed a step thru due to height. This worked out perfect. Even better, customer service helped me with a seat issue and was resolved quickly. HeyBike is a great value. Assembly was easy. The ride is smooth too.

I paid for professional assembly, and I am very glad I did. There were bearings missing in the handlebar assemblage that they had to replace. The bike is amazing to ride and very powerful. The front tire popped on my first long ride and the rear tire went flat on the 2nd. So far everything else seems high quality and so many extra features for the price. I purchased a cushy seat and can't wait to ride it again. Hopefully with the new tires I won't have any more problems. If the tires were better I would have given it 5 out of 5.

Emailed the HeyBike support team about having an issue getting one of the petals to screw on, the other side went on no problem. And a real person very polite named Joyce replied knowing exactly what I meant when I described the issue. She replied within just a few minutes even on Christmas night and said they will be shipping me a free replacement part asap. Sigh of relief, I had been trying to get the petal screwed on for a few hours. I will be anxiously waiting because the bike looks awesome I can't wait for my Mom to be able to try out her favorite xmas gift, she deserves it and has been wanting an EBike for a long time!

I bought my Cityscape for pleasure riding and it's been great. I had no problem with assembly. Customer service has answered all questions promptly. They even went so far as to help me purchase a replacement battery for a different Heybike that I had purchased 2nd hand. One of the core reps I've worked with is Joyce and she has been great!

I am 5'4" tall. I was disappointed that the seat could not be lowered enough for my feet to touch the ground when stopping to get off. I therfore fell on my side on the concrete.
