When I order something I never know what the quality of the item will be. Will the materials be sub standard, the instructions useless, items missing or don't fit properly. Happy to say, this wok is the opposite! Exceptional quality for this price, clear instructions, a second set of all the screws needed to assemble it – they even included a full sized, quality screwdriver to put it together! (I'll add it to my toolbox). I was very impressed. It even came in eco-friendly packaging. As for cooking, the surface seems solid and nothing sticks to it. Heat distribution is good, the handle is well balanced, the lid fits securely. And the silicone spatula that comes with it is large and works well with the pan. Very happy with this product and would definitely recommend. One of the best kitchen purchases I've made on Amazon.

Very happy with wok, looks good and fits perfectly on my gas ring, deep bowl not too heavy, I have raised the heating of the wok as it does seem to need higher than previous metal one but cooks just perfect, easily cleaned as per instructions. Like it very much and a good price too.

had this for 3 weeks and so far no problems, cooked plenty of fried rice dishes and it was perfect. really please with the build and quality would highly recommend

This is the best wok pan I have purchased. Admittedly it doesn’t look like a normal wok ie black or silver. I have tried many wok’s over the years and I have always had the problem of food or sauce sticking to the surface. The latest one I had was a carbon steel wok which i seasoned as instructed and everything still burnt onto the surface. I then had to clean and season again. Every time. With this wok I use less oil in pan, it gets to temperature quickly and the heat distribution is excellent. When I added dried spices to my stir fry, the spices never stuck to the surface as the oil distributed well and kept it non stick. Any residue on the surface wipes off with hot soapy water and I can use a scourer if I need to. I can see already that it won’t rust if not dried properly whereas the carbon steel wok would. The weight is not too bad. I find the lid weighs more than the wok pan (in my opinion) On arrival it came in a box and inside were the lid, wok pan, screws and screwdriver which were all bubble wrapped to avoid breakages. You have to screw the handle on as well as the knob for the lid. Very easy to do if you use the instruction leaflet. All in all I give it 10 out of 10 for wok cooking and my only downside is the look but I’ll get used to it.

Great product, very solid and looks great as well as brilliant to cook with. I was really impressed that it came with a sturdy spatula and a screwdriver to fit handle and lid. Will definitely use this brand again.

I honestly wasn’t expecting much because of the price, but this wok surprised me in the best way. I originally went on Amazon to replace the wok from my very expensive HexClad set that my husband accidentally ruined. Their replacement wok alone is around $300, so I decided to try this one instead — and I’m so glad I did. This wok is truly non-stick. Food slides right off, and it cooks evenly every single time. In fact, it performs better than my high-end set, which I never thought I’d say. It has now become our favorite piece of cookware in the entire house. The spatula that comes with it also deserves a mention — it holds up to high heat really well and feels sturdy when cooking, not flimsy like many others that come with budget sets. Overall, we are very impressed. Amazing quality, great price, and honestly better than some luxury brands. If you’re on the fence, just get it — you won’t regret it.
