Great instructions, but knowing what I know now, I would install the rim/hoop last instead of first. If you're not gonna play it for a while - take the batteries out because there is no off button that I see. The scoreboard randomly turns on. Overall I am happy with this purchase and would recommend it to a friend.

Absolutely the best gift I could’ve gotten our kids for Christmas!! Goal fits perfectly over the back of a door so no issues there. The quality of build is much better than the typical nerf goal. With the somewhat breakaway rims, no worries on shattering the background even with light dunks. Be sure to by additional batteries because the kids will be having a ton of fun with this. Also, it’s almost been a year with the product and it’s still working!!! Tons of game winners and high pressure shots made on this goal!!

The set itself is nice and will provide lots of fun, however I am missing 2 balls and the description says it comes with 4!!!! To add to that, one of the 2 I did receive has a hole somewhere I can’t find. These were just taken out the box right before I wrote this review. I would like to receive the other balls & a replacement for this leaking one. It is worth a 5 star but missing items bright the rating down. I will adjust if the situation gets rectified. ***Update *** I did locate the other 2 balls but still have 1 with a leak. This set is very nice for the money & I will recommend to others!

The balls are a satisfying texture and bounciness, and it’s been a fun minimal mess toy. However, the hooks for over the door are decently thick and impair the doors ability to close all the way and caused damage to the frame from opening it and closing it when it doesn’t fit. This one tweak would make it perfect.

Poor construction, balls are different sizes when inflated, batteries don't last, scoreboard glitches out, and sometimes doesn't score a basket, just a mess. I wanted this to work, but I'm ultimately disappointed.

First time I got this goal and had it all put together and went to put the net on and it ripped. Ordered a replacement. Got it today in the mail. Check for all the parts. Put it all together. Got to put the net on and realized the rim, where the net goes on had a piece bent tbag wasn’t going to work. The back of the goal has a huge hole where there’s no brackets for the net and the ball could practically go through it. Not a happy camper. Update to this review. Company did finally reach out and offered to refund my money. They are also saying they are sending a different type basketball goal for me to try. Hopefully this all works out.

1/8/24. UPDATE TO INITIAL REVIEW: The customer service representative, Krista, reached out to me immediately on this issue! I am very happy to report that this item has been replaced by the company. All parts are there. Outstanding customer service; kept me up to date on when it was shipped, tracking detail and fully refunded the purchase price as well! Truly cared about ensuring we were satisfied all the way through! Would definitely recommend this product; my grandson enjoys playing with this!
