Great product. Arrived earlier than estimated delivery date. Got all 3 boxes on the same day. The instruction manual for assembly is clear. I am glad I didn't pay for professional assembly, because assembly was intuitive once you spend 5 minutes to scan the pictures from instruction manual. Took my husband (one person) about 2 hours for assembly. Prompt and very helpful customer service when my husband reached out with some questions post assembly. I would strongly recommend the store. We have some more shopping to do, and I would prioritize the products from this store for my remainder purchases as well given the positive experience.

We have enjoyed this set both in a screened porch and an enclosed sunroom. It’s easy to assemble and seemsTo have lasting quality. The cushions are a bit thin, so it would not be a good option for napping.

This is a pretty well constructed set with better than expected cushions. They are water resistant and the covers come off for easy cleaning. It's not that difficult to assemble, but it will take a couple of hours. Shipping was very fast and came WELL before the expected delivery date.The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the covers that are designed to keep you r cushions dry when in the storage corner or under the coffee table don't do a very good job. I'd recommend getting something a bit higher quality for that than what is included because the cushions WILL get wet if it rains hard, even when stored properly. Also, the included ratchet to used for installation works great (and is a HUGE improvement over trying to use an Allen wrench), but the metal is very soft and the tip rounded off before I was halfway done. I had to cut the tip off using a metal cutting blade on my table saw and then it worked fine for the rest of the job.Overall, I would buy this again. It looks great and was at a great price!

Literally obsessed with this set! Put it together all on my own and only took like an hour and a half, so not bad at all! Super sturdy, colors are just what I wanted. Each individual chair is lightweight enough to move around which is helpful! Comes with plastic things that clip the chairs together. All the screw holes were perfectly aligned and good quality! Came with all the necessary tools.

DO NOT BUY! This furniture is the worst. The "Overstuffed" cushions are so thin and light. A slight breeze blows them over. You cannot buy better cushions because they are 24" x 24" and all available cushions are at least 25.2" or larger. Also, the pieces do not stay hooked together. I returned it which was no easy task. Spent around 6-8 hours total assembling and then and boxing to return. Such a bad purchase.

We’ve only used this for one weekend but it has been fantastic so far! Took about 2.5 hours to put together with my husband but was simple and straight forward. Appreciate it came with the ratchet needed and that we didn’t have to do everything with a single allen wrench.I do wish the cushions came with elastic straps to ensure they stay put, but I’ll add some Velcro or add the elastic myself as time goes on.

Put 3 stars only because the cover it comes with doesn't actually cover the entire set and the storage won't fully protect cushions from getting wet. The back cushions also won't stay up unless you tilt them or velcro them. Other than that, it's a great set if you're looking for something to get you by without spending too much $$. I like the ability to set it up in different ways. We changed the layout to have a fire table in the middle, and it works perfectly. The assembly instructions weren't easily found, tucked in so that at first thought they weren't included. Overall assembly took my husband and me 1.5 hours; it's tedious but not hard. Recommend having a power Allen wrench because the one that comes with it isn't great.

Okay, this was such a good buy. And we ended up getting it on sale too, so even better! The ONLY issue I have is that the back rests fall down constantly. But that is it!
