I love this cream, eye pencil. I love the color. I love the ease-of-use. I can’t say it is smudge resistance, but who cares? The color is perfect, add the price: inexpensive = happiness. The years of me performing ritual make-up artistry is gone. I am lazy when it comes to applying my eye make up. However, I still do albeit, very quickly, and usually in the car. Pencil on one end, and on the other end, a small, firm sponge to smudge and smooth the application. it’s convenient, easy to apply, and priced great for such a high-end color.
