This paint by number is excellent quality. The paint is a better texture than most and I didn't need to add any flow medium to sort of loosen it up. There are a lot of yellows and orange shades and no matter the quality of the kit, those paints will be sheer and you will need multiple coats. It's just the nature of the pigments. Don't worry, you have enough paint. Some areas have 3 coats and I have plenty of paint left over. I have done hundreds of Paint by Numbers and I've never run out of paint. If you run out of paint, you're doing something wrong and you need to adjust your technique.I've been using my own brushes because I prefer those. You can use the blue handled brushes that come with the kit but you might have to trim some loose hairs or even trim them down thinner. These are the same brushes that come standard with any kit, even the expensive ones. They aren't the best quality but plenty of people use them. Don't be like me and ignore the wrinkles. You can gently iron these, pattern side down and you probably should. I never do and I find that the wrinkles eventually smooth out with the paint.

I ironed it with a steam iron for at least a half hour and it still isnt crease-frer. Recommend rolling the canvas and shipping in a tube

I've just started, but this set has everything I needed and the art is gorgeous. I can't wait to see how it is once I finish. I did have to iron the canvas (print side away from the iron) before I could begin, however. Also, I used my own paintbrushes, since I have a variety of sizes and they're easier to control than the brush included in the set.
