Consistent temp, perfect size, lasts long
Perfect for endometriosis pain and period cramps. My only problem is that between different patches the temperature is not completely consistent. Sometimes a patch will get perfectly warm and all I need to do it put it on my shorts and relax on the couch, and sometimes a patch will get so hot that I have to wrap it up in a thin blanket or towel before placing it. Heats up quickly I’d say in less than 10 minutes max. Each patch is individually sealed in a little red bag with easy tear open sides, and the patch itself is actually really thin and a little bendable. The size is also good, perfect for low abdomen cramps or to put on your upper back to relax muscles between shoulders. Very easy/quick to use, you need to do is open the package! They stay warm for a good few hours at least so it’s very functional. There is a sticky side that you can choose to use by either leaving on or removing a disposable paper sort of sheet on the back. The sticky side andheres easily to clothes (like the outside of your shirt or shorts) and doesn’t leave behind any residue, easy stick/easy removal. I wait until the patch is completely cool before throwing it away, it becomes hard after cooling completely. I keep buying more right before I run out because these specific ones are most consistent in temperatures out of multiple brands I’ve tried. It’s also a few cents cheaper to get more in a pack (like 20) than it is 10 just as an example, so I suggest getting more. You can always keep them in your closet or cabinet or something and use whenever needed since they only heat up once the individual bag is torn open.

Work great!
Bought these for my daughter. She says they work great! On rare occasions, she said they lose their heat after an hour or so, but for the most part, they last her the better part of the day

Stay warm and kill period pain
Great for abdominal pain, especially during periods. It warms the area and helps alleviate the pain.

fine
The first pad I used was probably broken and didn't heat up. The next few pads did heat up, although the temperature wasn't high, but it lasted quite a while.

Ok not big or hot enough for my severe cramps.
I have severe cramps that sometimes wake me up in the middle of the night, taking my breath away. Usually, two Midols and a hot-water bottle help, but it takes about 30 minutes for the Midol to kick in so I feel betterin about 30 min. Sadly, the hot-water bottle doesn't stay hot. I was hoping these would get hotter so I could stop getting up every 10 minutes to add more hot water to the water bottle. It's been 30 minutes with the patch on, and I'm still cramping. It's not as bad as before I put the patch on, but it's still uncomfortable to go back to sleep. I will save these for on-the-go use and continue using the hot-water bottle at home, but even a little relief is better than none until the Midol kicks in. I suggest wearing loose-fitting cotton underwear so you can adjust them around your abdomen as needed because they aren't very large.
